Daytrotter Session: Stagnant Pools

Daytrotter: Stagnant Pools

It’s been a big year for Bloomington’s own brother-band Stagnant Pools. Since released its debut album Temporary Room on Polyvinyl Records in August, the brothers Enas have toured the country (currently out with David Bazan), have been featured as Paste Magazine’s “2012 Best of What’s Next“, and its song solitude was selected as KEXP Seattle’s Song of the Day. It’s great to see things picking up so positively for a local act, and even better seeing them featured on one of my favorite music sources, Daytrotter. Check out the band’s 4-songs session at Daytrotter.com, and if you haven’t already, become a member — the copious amounts of music and incentives are worth it.
